RELLINK (hereinafter "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes the personal data collected, the purposes of processing, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect data you provide during registration (name, email, profile picture), professional profile data (skills, experiences, headline), content you publish (posts, comments, messages), payment data processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers), and technical data (IP address, browser type, browsing data).
Your data is used to: provide and improve our services, personalize your experience via our AI agent, connect you with other professionals (matching), process Marketplace transactions, send you account-related notifications, and ensure platform security.
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with: Supabase (database hosting, EU), Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS certified), Cloudflare (CDN and security), AWS SES (transactional emails), and competent authorities if required by law.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (invoices, security logs).
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), port, restrict processing, and object. You can exercise these rights from your account Settings page or by contacting us at privacy@rellink.app. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
RELLINK only uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication, language and theme preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. If analytics cookies are added in the future, your explicit consent will be requested.
