Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-03-04

Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RELLINK platform, an AI-powered professional network. By creating an account, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Access to the service

RELLINK is free for basic features. Certain advanced features (Skills Marketplace, boosts, HD video uploads) may require payment. Access requires an internet connection and a compatible browser.

User account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each account is personal and may not be shared. You must provide accurate information during registration. RELLINK reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use RELLINK professionally and respectfully. Prohibited activities include: spam, harassment, identity theft, sharing illegal content, using unauthorized bots, attempting to bypass security measures, and any fraudulent activity.

User content

You retain ownership of your content published on RELLINK. By publishing content, you grant RELLINK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

Payments and Marketplace

Marketplace transactions are processed by Stripe. RELLINK charges a 15% commission on each sale. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect verification to receive payments.

Liability

RELLINK is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. RELLINK cannot be held responsible for user-generated content, AI matching results, or indirect losses related to use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. RELLINK reserves the right to terminate your account for Terms violations, with prior notice except in emergencies (security, fraud).

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
